오늘의 긍정 이야기 27일차

 

최근 아이들에게 침대를 사줬다.

큰 아이의 경우 10년 넘게 사용했던 침대를 바꿔줬고

작은 아이의 경우 인생 처음으로 자기 침대를 사준셈이다.

 

사실 물질적인 구매는 만족감이 그렇게 오래가지 않는다.

물질적인 구매를 하기전 그 행복감이 더 큰 법이다.

 

뭐 어쨋든 아이들은 매우 행복해하는 모습을 보면서 

나 역시 보기 좋았다.

 

그나저나 내 침대는... ㅋ

 

Recently, I bought new beds for my kids.

For my older child, it was a replacement after more than 10 years of using the same bed.

For my younger one, it was the very first bed of their own.

To be honest, material purchases don’t bring lasting satisfaction.

Often, the anticipation and excitement before the purchase bring more happiness than the item itself.

Still, seeing how happy the kids were made me feel good as well.

...By the way, my own bed? Well... 😅
