이번 주말 16년도에 구매했던 삼O노트북에 문제가 있었다.

블루스크린이 계속떳는데 윈도우 재설치를 해도 또 블루스크린이 뜨면서 정상적으로 설치되지 않았다.

그래서 인터넷을 뒤적뒤적 해보니 메인보드가 문제가 있어 보인다는 내용이 많았다.

그런데 노트북 메인보드 가격을 보니 거의 노트북 한 대 값이...

오히려 좋은게 사실 9살 노트북 고쳐봐야 얼마나 많이 빨라지겠나 싶었고 

비용도 많이 드니 차라리 새로운 노트북을 살때가 되지 않았나 생각이 든다.

나이든 내 노트북 잘 보내고 새로운 노트북 잘 받을 준비를 해야겠다!

 

This past weekend, I ran into issues with my Samsung laptop that I bought back in 2016.

It kept showing the blue screen of death.
Even after reinstalling Windows, the blue screen popped up again, and the installation couldn’t finish properly.

After some digging online, I found that the motherboard might be the culprit.
But when I checked the price of a new motherboard... it was almost the same as buying a whole new laptop!

To be honest, it’s probably for the best.
How much faster can a 9-year-old laptop get, even if I fix it?
Plus, the repair cost is no joke.

So maybe it’s time to say a proper goodbye to my aging laptop
and get ready to welcome a shiny new one.

Farewell, old friend. You've served me well!
